Shipping policy
Free delivery on every order All orders from velorecarts ship free. There's no minimum spend and no hidden fees.
Processing time We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting UK bank holidays). Orders placed at weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
- UK mainland: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland: 3–6 business days after dispatch
Order tracking When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking link.
Delays Sometimes a courier delay, bad weather or a busy period can make delivery take longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Incorrect addresses Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
